About the Role:
- First Revenue Operations hire, working directly with Head of GTM.
- Hands-on team of one; analysis drives decisions.
What You'll Do:
- Own forecasting, GTM metrics, and the weekly GTM rhythm.
- Run deal desk and commissions for 60+ sellers; build AI tools.
What We're Looking For:
- AI-native with strong GTM judgment and hands-on RevOps experience.
- Experience with sales comp, forecasts, and pipeline hygiene.
