About the Role:
- Manage the day-to-day tasks of processing provider credentials, licenses and payor enrollment applications.
- Work cross-functionally with many teams to guarantee the smooth running of operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Interact with providers and clients over email whenever additional information may be required.
- Assist with monitoring or new client implementation projects as needed.
- Summarize research findings and draft them in clear and concise guideline documents for Certify customers.
What You'll Need:
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in Credentialing is a must.
- Strong attention to detail.
