Estimator - Pipe Fabrication & Modular

Job Summary:

• Seeking an experienced Estimator for industrial pipe fabrication, modular assemblies, and structural steel.
• Responsible for accurate cost estimates, model-based take-offs, and collaboration with project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed estimates for carbon steel, stainless steel, and specialty process piping.
• Perform quantity take-offs using Navisworks, orthographic, and isometric drawings.
• Develop labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing aligned with fabrication strategies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of estimating experience in pipe fabrication or industrial construction.
• Strong skills in Navisworks, Excel, and digital take-off tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities.
