Job Description
Serve as the administrative backbone focused on efficient patient handling and detailed administrative organization. As a Bilingual Medical VA you'll serve as the primary point of contact by answering incoming calls professionally and fielding inquiries. Assist with scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming patient appointments. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Clinic Owner and staff and assist with organizing, tracking, and maintaining patient records and essential documentation. Manage patient billing inquiries, process payments, and assist with general accounts receivable tasks for the clinic.
