International Operations - P2P

This role will work closely with regional stakeholders, product teams, risk, and compliance to ensure operational excellence, healthy liquidity, risk mitigation, and a high-quality trading experience for our users. Responsibilities include monitoring daily P2P platform performance across Africa, identifying operational bottlenecks, and proposing data-driven solutions. The role coordinates with risk and compliance teams to ensure safe marketplace operations and adherence to local regulatory requirements. Operational workflows such as merchant vetting, transaction monitoring, quality review, and policy enforcement are part of the role. The position supports merchant ecosystem development including onboarding, performance tracking, incentive programs, and quality improvements. Driving merchant engagement initiatives, including announcements, education content, product updates, best-practice sharing, and periodic Q&A sessions will also be performed.
