Job Description
As the Senior National Account Manager, Grocery, you’ll drive Grüns' expansion and growth efforts in the grocery channel, focusing on scaling major retailers. You'll build relationships with buyers and distributors, creating growth plans, and ensuring execution across stakeholders. Partnering with a sales broker, you'll open new doors while negotiating distributor partnerships. This is a cross-functional role, partnering with operations, brand, and marketing teams to bring Grüns to life at retail. The role involves servicing and growing relationships with grocery accounts, pitching to new accounts, and negotiating distributor contracts. You'll develop channel-specific marketing strategies, lead product launches, build sales presentations, and track sales performance. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of sales experience in grocery channels, experience opening new distribution points, and a strong understanding of grocery channel economics. Requires proficiency with retail data analysis tools.
