Job Description
Provide senior support to Global Corporate leadership, taking responsibility for the management of various corporate & commercial strategic initiatives and projects to support the growing Global Corporate team. Assist the M&A team with mergers and acquisitions, reviewing due diligence and working with the Global Corporate estate team to streamline corporate operations following acquisitions. Work with key internal and external stakeholders to extend and protect the intellectual property rights of the global organization. Handle client consultancy matters as assigned. Support and advise the Product team on commercial and legal matters arising from product development and design. Advise the business on financial licensing and regulatory matters, engaging external counsel where required. Conduct research and analyze corporate requirements and processes. Work with complex and practice-specific legal documents, forms, and correspondence, ensuring their accuracy and completeness.
