Job Description

Lead and evolve Broadvoice’s US - Channel program to accelerate revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen our CX leadership in the mid-market. Develop and execute scalable channel strategies, programs, and processes that drive partner success and long-term loyalty. Champion the channel internally collaborating across product, marketing, operations, and executive teams to align priorities and remove friction. Act as the external face of Broadvoice’s US - partner ecosystem—evangelizing our story, solutions, and CX vision to partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders. Build and lead a high-performing channel team grounded in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Leverage data and partner insights to optimize enablement, engagement, and satisfaction across the partner lifecycle.
