Senior Manager, Commercial Monetization & Yield

Role Overview:

• This is a hands-on Senior Manager role owning the ongoing optimization of dynamic tiering rules, buyer rejection mitigation, and yield management across funnels.
• You will serve as the tactical driver bridging commercial strategy, growth marketing, and data science.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor and optimize traffic allocation, buyer payout thresholds, and dynamic pricing models.
• Analyze buyer rejection rates, integration bottlenecks, and partner ROI to adjust real-time traffic routing rules.
• Act as the internal commercial operator for Data Science, translating marketplace dynamics into actionable SQL/Looker data models.
