Consultant - CRM

The consultant will lead customers in the process of discovery workshops that align with best practices. They will take complex client concepts and articulate them to audiences of varying perception levels. The consultant will develop expertise in the Vault platform, plan, manage, and perform application build, test, and deploy activities. They will identify and monitor interdependencies between various program or project workstreams. The consultant will also plan and establish after-go-live activities including ongoing support and ongoing application changes to align to full capabilities.
