RN Call Center

Overview:

• Provide telephonic and virtual nursing care, including triage, care management, referral management, and telehealth support.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient symptoms, determine acuity, and direct callers to the appropriate level of care.
• Document patient interactions accurately in the EMR.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Requires active and unrestricted license to practice nursing in the states of Iowa and Illinois.
• 1+ years of clinical nursing experience providing direct patient care or equivalent work experience required.
