Manager, Hospitality

As one of two Hospitality Managers, this position holds a key leadership role at CMH, bridging the gap between lodge operations and the Banff-based Hospitality team. This role supports and mentors Lodge Managers and Assistant Lodge Managers, fostering operational excellence and enhancing team capabilities through hands-on guidance and training. With oversight across multiple departments including culinary, bar, spa, retail and rooms, the Hospitality Manager ensures that every lodge delivers an exceptional, consistent guest experience that reflects CMH’s high standards. This position will partner with Area Management to foster a lodge culture that prioritizes safety, exceptional employee and guest experiences, environmental stewardship, community responsibility, and strong financial performance. This role will also support the development and implementation of strategic objectives that align with CMH’s overall business goals. The manager must maintain confidentiality and professional working relationships, and be able to prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
