Job Description

This Director of Marketing Operations role is a critical part of the Demand Generation organisation. It is the technical and data-driven backbone that builds, maintains, and optimises the systems and processes needed to generate, manage, and report on marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue. This is a strategic role that ensures the entire marketing engine runs efficiently and provides accurate, actionable insights. Take full ownership of all marketing technologies, with a specific focus on optimising HubSpot Marketing Hub to its fullest potential. Create and manage scalable, efficient processes for lead scoring, lead routing, database health, and attribution modelling. Partner with the Growth and Brand & Content teams to build the workflows, segmentation, and tracking necessary for seamless and measurable campaign execution. Develop and implement the entire lead journey, from initial capture and enrichment to qualification and a smooth handoff to the sales team. Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reporting that provide real-time visibility into campaign ROI, funnel performance, and operational efficiency. Work closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Product to ensure all systems and data are aligned across the entire revenue funnel.
