Senior Director, Technical Accounting, Financial Reporting and Revenue

Angi’s Senior Director of Technical Accounting, Financial Reporting and Revenue is responsible for leading the Financial Reporting, Technical Accounting, Revenue, and Account Receivable teams. This includes research and identification of the technical accounting solution to all accounting issues that arise, maintaining of all Angi accounting policies, oversight of the Financial Reporting area of the accounting team, and oversight of Revenue recognition policy and processes as well as our billing and collection. This position reports to Angi’s Chief Accounting Officer and leads a team of over fifty accounting team members to achieve Angi’s goal of Jobs Done Well. The role involves providing technical accounting guidance on accounting issues, maintaining accounting policies and procedures, overseeing the Financial Reporting team processes (including SEC documents and technical accounting memos), and overseeing the Revenue and Accounts Receivable team (including providing technical guidance on Revenue ASC 606). Furthermore, the candidate will support internal and external audit programs by engaging with auditors on questions related to financial reporting and by providing requested information timely.
