Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with account teams to own customer outcomes across the full lifecycle.
- Lead discovery sessions to uncover objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
- Design demonstrations and proof-of-value experiences that address customer priorities.
Technical Focus:
- Build AI-assisted workflows and automation for investigations and compliance operations.
- Guide customers on APIs, data integrations, and solution architecture.
- Develop reusable assets and contribute to the Solutions Architecture team.
Customer Impact:
- Drive platform adoption by connecting workflows to Chainalysis capabilities.
- Build customer self-sufficiency and act as a trusted advisor.
- Represent Chainalysis at events and industry conferences.
Who We Look For:
- Experience in financial services, compliance, cybersecurity, or digital assets.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Comfort with programming languages, SQL, and AI tools.
