Director, Product Management

The Director of Product Management is responsible for running a top-notch enterprise software product. The position will be responsible for injecting extensive domain experience as well as customer and market knowledge into the product software development process. You will define and execute on a product roadmap and be a significant contributor to Go-to-market activities. More specifically, the position will establish and manage the strategy, analysis, prioritization, execution, and release of software product investments, working within our philanthropic solutions software platform. This person must be self-motivated, results-oriented, data driven, and extremely well organized with strong business, market, and technical acumen. In addition, this position will manage and mentor a team of product managers, business analysts, and UX designers. Responsibilities include driving product investments, representing market needs, working with stakeholders, conducting quantitative analysis, compiling business cases, providing market requirements, collaborating across teams, and managing a team of product managers and UX designers. The role also involves leveraging AI for product management and customer value.
