What the Role Entails:
- Lead and support product owners and engineers across 4 hybrid scrum teams to execute on a central roadmap.
- Leverage AI tools for daily product management, including synthesizing inputs and analyzing delivery performance.
- Manage tradeoffs and develop operational excellence for backlog health and release management.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in leading Product Owners and Managers in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Proficient in JIRA and Aha!, with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic about using AI to improve workflows and create value for government users.
