Job Description
Looking for people who enjoy helping others to successfully answer telephone calls from customers inquiring about goods and services from clients of Five Star Call Centers, while providing high-quality service with a helpful, professional attitude. This particular project is assisting clients with their seasonal holiday ordering from fruit baskets to steaks! This is a Bring Your Own Device position to work-at-home.
Manage large amounts of inbound or outbound calls in a timely manner. Address customer questions and concerns on all products and services through multiple communication channels such as phone, email and/or chat. Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research and provide solutions and/or alternatives. Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise. Must have verified internet service and an established dedicated work area.
