What You'll Do:
- Build a performance-based strategy and quarterly roadmap for about.gitlab.com, tied to pipeline and self-serve trial goals.
- Set the experimentation roadmap based on business goals and manage the optimization program, partnering with UX Design.
- Own launch page production for major product launches and events, from calendar and brief to launch readiness and post-launch cleanup.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience owning strategy for a high-traffic B2B SaaS website with many audiences and contributors.
- A track record of setting an experimentation roadmap and running a program that delivered measurable conversion or pipeline lift.
- Skill at turning analytics, research and A/B test results into clear priorities.
About the team:
- You'll lead through a dedicated team of specialists in UX design, technical SEO, AEO, marketing analytics, content, paid and campaigns.
- Partner with Marketing Engineering to ship and report progress to Marketing leadership.
