Job Description
As a Technical Architect, you will lead Self-Service demo builds and customer sales presentations while providing input to the overall strategy for Google CCaaS solution architecture. You will define requirements and business specifications to drive technical design and estimation. You will use your 8+ years of experience working with Contact Center Technology and your 5+ years of technical experience with IVA, Generative AI and Advanced Speech Systems to succeed in this role. You will be eligible to participate in quarterly sales incentive plan.
