About the Role:
- Utilize telephonic outreach and engagement strategies to contact families.
- Effectively communicate Imagine services and overcome objections.
- Support telephonic outreach to patients.
What You Bring:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in an outreach, customer service, or call center environment.
- Bilingual Spanish required.
