Job Description
We are looking for a BNPL Manager (Buy Now Pay Later) to join our APM (Alternative Payment Methods) team and take full ownership of the day-to-day running of our BNPL portfolio across Latin America, Africa, and APAC. This person will be the operational backbone of our BNPL strategy — driving performance, monitoring provider SLAs, optimizing flows with Product, and constantly scanning the market for new BNPL opportunities and partners.
You will act as the main operational point-of-contact for all BNPL providers and internal teams, own daily monitoring of performance, success rates, approval rates and partner relations. Will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data on optimizing BNPL flows end-to-end, identify friction points and propose changes that improve conversion, speed, and reliability. You will participate in design discussions for new features, capabilities related to BNPL Fuse and provider integrations, continuously analyze BNPL markets, support commercial teams.
