Manage the state arbitration production team:
- Lead a 4-person team of dispute resolution coordinators.
- Drive accountability, quality, and throughput on daily production.
Create repeatable processes:
- Document workflows and establish operational guidelines.
- Improve systems supporting the state arbitration program.
Support expansion:
- Help evaluate new state arbitration markets.
- Assist in making pursue/not-pursue decisions for up to 15 states within 6 months.
Oversee day-to-day operations:
- Provide guidance to coordinators on case workflows.
- Ensure accurate tracking of disputes.
