- Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans with clear KPIs and performance data adjustments.

Analytics & Reporting:
- Own weekly and monthly marketing performance reporting on traffic, leads, CPL, calls booked, conversion rates, and CAC.
- Continuously test and optimize every funnel stage from ad click to call held.
- Manage marketing tech stack including CRM, funnels, automations, and tracking tools.
