Job Description
The Customer Service Specialist will manage all aspects of firm maintenance, including routine updates to firm records, EFT details, and addresses. Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end firm merger process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and effective communication between stakeholders. Partner with multiple internal teams and business groups to ensure updates and changes are implemented effectively. Identify opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and automation to increase efficiency and reduce errors. Ensure all firm data is maintained to the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and integrity. Communicate clearly with team members and clients, shaping customer experiences and efficiently processing transactions. Address issues with empathy, providing clear and concise communication. Provide support and assistance in handling commission-related tasks as required.
