Role Overview:
- As an ERP Transformation Manager, you will act as the central orchestration function for ERP transformation activities within T-Systems.
- You will bundle and steer cross-functional transformation streams across Enterprise Architecture, Finance, Billing & Logistics, and Roles & Authorizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and orchestrate cross-functional ERP transformation activities across T-Systems.
- Act as the central integration point between ERP Enterprise Architecture, Product Owners, and transformation teams.
- Support governance activities including Steering Committees, decision papers, and management briefings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics or related field with 6+ years of SAP ERP transformation experience.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and domains like FI/CO, SD, MM, PS.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and agile coordination skills.
