Channel Director, WatchTime Studios

The Role:

• Reporting to the Head of Content, you own the P&Ls of multiple channels with accountability for audience and financial performance.
• You work closely with production, publishing, and cross-functional teams to drive growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Own channel P&L including revenue, costs, and margins.
• Partner on creative direction and content strategy, using data to optimize performance.
• Oversee channel team members including Creative Directors and Producers.

What You’ll Bring:

• 10+ years in digital video or creator-led content with direct ownership of YouTube channel performance.
• Experience owning a P&L or budget for a content business.
• Deep knowledge of YouTube analytics and platform ranking signals.
