Role Overview:

• The Director of Operations owns the shared-services layer supporting every channel across WatchTime Studios.
• This role builds operational systems around creative and production, including performance reporting and vendor support.

What You’ll Do:

• Own KPI reporting infrastructure and deliver performance reporting to the GM and team.
• Manage publishing execution across YouTube and social platforms including metadata and scheduling.
• Coordinate cross-functional pipelines and vendor management for casting, VFX, and specialty services.
