Job Description
The Technical Contract Analyst will research, write, revise, and proofread new or existing proposals, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and technical documentation. They will partner with internal sales and engineering teams, and clients to understand the technical elements and objectives of services solutions, incorporating necessary requirements into legal services contracts. This role involves liaising with Trace3 Legal, updating CRM statuses, ensuring material compliance, and collaborating with engineering practice directors to create specialized SOW/PSA templates. The Analyst maintains standardized language and documentation practices, leads collaboration, and edits documents for accuracy and consistency while actively prioritizing workloads.
