Job Description
As a member of the Analyst team, your responsibilities include: Performing end-to-end accounting processes for multiple clients, maintaining up-to-date books using software like QBO and Dext, reconciling clients’ bank and accounting ledgers, processing A/P invoices using bill-pay systems, processing payroll journal entries, and preparing, analyzing, and reviewing month-end financial statements. You will also perform accounting-related project-based tasks assigned by managers.
You should problem-solve with a technology-first mindset, proactively identify opportunities for automation, and ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines are met. Decimal is full of passionate people who are driven in a variety of disciplines.
