Director, Bid and Proposals

Lead, manage and scale our Bids and Proposals (B&P) team. This leader will be responsible for overseeing a team of proposal managers, solution architects and writers to develop compelling, compliant proposal products; and implementing a repeatable bid and pursuit process across the entire organization. This role requires a collaborative team leader who can effectively work across Aptive’s Accounts, business development and capture teams to prioritize schedules, shape marketing and capture efforts and lead proposal strategy and processes. The Director must be able to proactively engage with key stakeholders and team members to prioritize resources and deliver the highest quality proposals.
