Responsibilities:
- Own the utility interconnection and new-service program across Highland's development portfolio.
- Lead utility diligence to confirm site buildability.
- Manage new service applications and approvals on aggressive timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Substantial experience with electric utilities and interconnection.
- Program management experience coordinating multiple projects.
