Role Overview:
- Own product discovery, requirements, prioritization, and roadmap for internal HR technology.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and turn complex needs into actionable product requirements.
- Manage full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create PRDs, user stories, user flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with Design and AI-assisted Development teams for continuous delivery.
- Lead UAT, feature validation, and product sign-offs with business stakeholders.
