Enablement Programs:

  • Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing enablement programs for global AM and CSM teams.
  • Develop skill-development sessions for customer lifecycle excellence.
  • Build and maintain enablement content and resources.

Coaching and Collaboration:

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group coaching to strengthen performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align enablement initiatives.
  • Conduct call reviews and coaching sessions to enhance effectiveness.

Data Analysis and Impact:

  • Analyze performance and engagement metrics to identify skill gaps.
  • Drive adoption of AM & CSM playbooks and processes.
  • Continuously optimize enablement efforts to maximize impact.
