Job Description
Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from scoping to execution, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable outcomes. Identify and solve strategic or operational problems that don’t clearly fall within a single team’s remit, often in ambiguous or fast-changing areas. Design and implement scalable systems, workflows, or processes that improve efficiency, quality, or decision-making across the business.
Collaborate with stakeholders across functions (e.g., Operations, Data, Strategic Partnerships, Payor Success, etc.) to understand needs, drive alignment, and support execution. The base compensation for this role will vary depending on several factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, and the candidate's working location.
