Technical Support Representative (Remote)

Looking for a Technical Support Representative to troubleshoot IT issues, provide tech support via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities also include helping with invoices and guiding customers through initial interactions with the platform. In addition, you will assist in customer onboarding by creating walkthrough workflows and FAQs, document customer interactions in the CRM, and use the client's ticket system to track service requests. Qualifications include at least 1 year of experience, excellent English communication skills, solid organizational and time management skills, tech-savviness, and experience with MS Office and Google Calendar. Must be able to work on a graveyard shift.
