Job Description
This is a full-time remote role handling rental properties in the U.S. You’ll be managing tenant communications, coordinating repairs, handling payments, and keeping things running without drama. As a property manager you will answer tenant questions and resolve issues fast and coordinate with contractors for repairs and maintenance. You will also handle rent collection, late notices, and payment tracking, keep property records up to date and organized, and handle lease renewals and assist with vacancies. Job requires at least 1 year of property management experience (remote or on-site). Must possess strong English—spoken and written skills and a solid internet and quiet work setup. Must be able to work U.S. hours and be comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, property management software, and task trackers. The role also requires an individual to be a self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do.
