Job Description

Leadership and Management:

  • Responsible for managing strategic accounts and the Strategic Account team.
  • Recruits, coaches, and develops Strategic Account Managers in sales processes and business acumen.
  • Reviews sales metrics and program status with internal and end customer stakeholders.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Establishes a target list of new and potentially direct strategic accounts for closure each fiscal year.
  • Meets assigned targets for sales growth, volume, and strategic objectives in identified markets and accounts.
  • Leads solution development that best addresses customer needs, involving necessary company and distributor resources.

Relationship Management:

  • Establishes productive, professional relationships within all levels of assigned Strategic Accounts.
  • Coordinates company personnel and distributor channel partners to exceed Strategic Account performance objectives.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates end customer needs on an ongoing basis.
