Compliance Specialist

Role Overview:

• Initiate and manage the compliance onboarding process for new healthcare contractors.
• Review and verify credentialing documentation including background checks, drug screenings, and immunizations.
• Collaborate with staffing agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily follow-ups to ensure critical deadlines are met and escalate delays.
• Monitor and report on upcoming or missed credential expirations.
• Maintain accurate records within Trio WFS' proprietary Vendor Management System.
