Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain proposal professionals, managing their daily activities and career growth.
- Oversee pricing, estimating, and supply chain planning for major proposals and strategic captures.
- Serve as a liaison between program management, pricing, contracts, finance, and supply chain to ensure coordinated execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and government acquisition regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in defense proposals, cost accounting, and pricing methodologies.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary range of $133,200–$199,800, with potential for discretionary bonuses.
