Account Ownership and Delivery:
- Own the day-to-day relationship with health system counterparts, maintaining meeting cadences, following up on open items, and identifying relationship signals before escalation.
- Prepare all client-facing deliverables, including executive presentations, opportunity analyses, and QBR materials, to translate analytical output into a compelling story for leadership.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure work product is sequenced and framed for maximum client impact, tracking engagement health and maintaining Salesforce hygiene.
Strategic Analysis and Coordination:
- Work with the Strategic Value Office to define analytical questions for client conversations and translate delivery team output into executive-ready narratives.
- Manage the deliverable calendar for accounts, ensuring adequate lead time for quality work, and develop account-specific materials to establish credibility with new stakeholders.
- Develop briefing documents, anticipate objections, and prepare for major C-suite conversations to advance the engagement.
Engagement Growth and Practice Development:
- Map and maintain the stakeholder landscape, understanding decision influencers and political dynamics between BD, Strategy, Finance, and Clinical leadership.
- Identify expansion opportunities within the portfolio to deepen partnerships and increase variable compensation tied to realized dollars.
- Document successful engagement approaches into reusable templates to define the Engagement Leader playbook as the company scales.
