Role Responsibilities:

  • Leading formal handoff from Sales to Operations, establishing implementation governance, and ensuring on-time, on-budget go-live for new clients.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to drive successful onboarding, including data integration, claims setup, benefit plan validation, and care management workflow readiness.
  • Maintaining continuous lifecycle ownership through renewal and expansion by transitioning clients to steady-state servicing with clear performance baselines.

Client and Performance Management:

  • Building trusted, C-suite relationships and serving as the single accountable executive point of contact for assigned health plans.
  • Leading recurring executive business reviews and translating complex operational data into clear executive-level insights and actions.
  • Overseeing accountability for total cost of care, utilization management effectiveness, claims accuracy, benefit plan performance, and HEDIS quality outcomes.

Strategic Value and Growth:

  • Analyzing claims, utilization, quality, and engagement data to identify cost containment, site-of-care migration, and quality improvement opportunities.
  • Quantifying ROI and documenting realized savings and quality gains to support strategic recommendations.
  • Identifying opportunities for service expansion within existing accounts and contributing to client case studies for market differentiation.
