Product Support & Form Development:
- Review, draft, and create insurance coverage forms for Cyber and Professional Liability products.
- Provide legal oversight and subject matter expertise for drafting policy language and coverage analyses.
- Identify and implement best practices for consistent form development and compliance.
Regulatory and Market Collaboration:
- Partner with Compliance to support form filings and provide necessary materials and guidance.
- Engage and maintain relationships with Underwriting, Claims, Compliance, and Actuarial teams.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory impacts, and loss developments to ensure product competitiveness.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to a state bar in good standing.
- Minimum 3-5 years in insurance product development, underwriting, or regulatory legal.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
