Clinical Consultant

The Clinical Consultant applies deep industry knowledge and experience to drive clinical value, support implementation efforts, and improve client outcomes. Essential duties include serving as a clinical subject matter expert, offering guidance on pharmacy benefit design, formulary strategy, and utilization management protocols. The consultant will collaborate with account management teams to implement and maintain client-specific programs, deliver data-driven recommendations, and provide training on RxSense platform tools. They will support formulary development, assess new drug approvals, and participate in internal committees focused on clinical value and innovation. This role also ensures high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines while working closely with internal clinical, benefits, and technology teams.
