Job Description

Shape sales strategy, scale the team, and drive significant revenue growth. You’ll lead a high-impact sales organization, setting bold but achievable goals, refining processes, and ensuring our team has the tools to succeed. Collaborate closely with executive leadership to execute aggressive business objectives and expand our footprint in the rapidly growing eCommerce technology space. Develop & execute a high-growth sales strategy that aligns with company goals. Provide coaching, training, and professional development to elevate the skills of the sales team. Own revenue growth, pipeline development, and forecasting, ensuring consistent and measurable results. Refine Sales Processes, optimize and standardize sales workflows. Partner with the People Team to attract, hire, and retain top sales talent. Work closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product, and Customer Success to align client strategies to drive long term success, ensuring revenue goals are met or exceeded.
