Detect problems earlier, reduce recurring issues and toil, and strengthen incident response.

What You Will Do:

Own production support escalations and ticket triage with hands-on troubleshooting.
Partner with Engineering to investigate root causes and drive permanent fixes.
Build observability with metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and actionable alerts.

What You Need to Succeed:

Hands-on SRE experience with SLIs, SLOs, observability, automation, and incident management.
Strong programming, scripting, and SQL skills; comfort navigating multiple technology stacks.
Proven use of AI-assisted tools for troubleshooting, code analysis, and automation.
