- Own the demand engine for Discover and grow traffic, GMV, and transactions.
- Run A/B tests and build lifecycle email, SEO, and creator success programs.
Requirements:
- Proven ownership of revenue/GMV across channels with real results.
- Hands-on player-coach comfortable with emails, pages, reporting, and experiments.
Comp & Benefits:
- $130,000-160,000 USD, equity, and 35 days PTO.
