About the Role:
- We are seeking a data-savvy Manager of AI Analytics to support measurement, testing, and optimization of agent-replacement AI.
- You will design tests, track KPIs, and build dashboards for real-time visibility into AI performance.
What You'll Work On:
- Execute the AI analytics measurement framework for voice and chat channels.
- Partner with AI Analytics and Engineering teams to ensure clean data flows into Snowflake.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of analytics experience, with strong SQL and data modeling skills.
- Experience analyzing conversational AI/LLM interactions and running A/B tests.
