Job Description

The Paid Strategist role at Directive Consulting involves overseeing and leading a collection of Paid Media accounts, serving as direct support to client contacts, and driving referrals via client relationships and professional network. The role includes building strategies for clients each quarter, creating, maintaining, and optimizing budgets for paid media campaigns across multiple channels. It also requires a deep understanding of client positioning and unique value propositions, confirming lead routing is accurate within a CRM, and understanding the value of Programmatic campaigns. The strategist must also be responsible for personal productivity and utilization, working directly with the Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are being achieved, and executing and optimizing PPC advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
