Legal Counsel (L2)

Provide primary legal support to the business on a range of legal and regulatory matters. Identify and raise legal issues in contracts and agreements. Contract Preparation & Tracking: Draft, review, and assist with negotiations for various contracts and agreements, including commercial contracts, partnerships, licensing, and vendor agreements. Negotiate contract clauses in line with internal playbook guidance. Assist with contract tracking and maintenance of the contract management system. Assist in identifying legal risks associated with the company's operations, products, and services. Support the development of mitigation strategies and escalate issues to the Senior Legal Counsel as appropriate. Assist in mapping and managing the company’s intellectual property and conduct research on global intellectual property law.
